Experience five popular winter varietals and blends from around the world without leaving Central Wisconsin. Learn the characteristics and profiles of the wines we will experience. The winter wines we will enjoy are a Syrah/Shiraz, Tannat, Red blend, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, French Rhone. All wines will be paired with the appropriate cheese. Due to availability, the instructor may serve comparable wines to those mentioned.
Students who wish to opt out of this consent should submit the Photo Release Opt-Out Waiver (mstc.edu/photo opt-out). Once submitted, this form will be kept on file with the Director of Marketing & Communications. Those who do NOT want to be photographed and have completed a Photo Release Opt-Out Waiver are responsible for notifying the camera operator of their opt-out status, and/or removing themselves from any event where photographs/ videography are in use. Failure to do so may result in the student’s inclusion in a photograph or recording and will be treated as a release, allowing the College to utilize that photograph or recording accordingly.
