Parenting a teenager can be both rewarding and challenging. As teens navigate rapid physical, emotional, social, and cognitive changes, parents often find themselves struggling to stay connected and communicate effectively. This course is designed to help parents gain a deeper understanding of the adolescent experience and develop practical skills for building stronger, more positive relationships with their teens.
