This is an online review course that will prepare individuals to renew their current ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate. This review is for individuals who have previously taken a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification course and have worked in the food service business within the last five years. The course consists of over 315 PowerPoint practice questions, two 30-minute review videos, a chart of temperatures participants need to know, and an 80-question practice test. The state of Wisconsin requires licensed foodservice establishments to have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on staff. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate is good for five years. Upon completion of this review course, the participant will schedule an in person test at Mid-State's Testing Center. A score of 70% or better on the ServSafe exam is required for certification.
