ID : 1066

« back to classes page
This course explores the dynamic relationship between leadership, followership, and the responsible use of power to influence others. In this session we will examine leadership as a process of influence rather than position, title, or authority, and discover why effective leadership requires engaged and empowered followers. Through interactive discussions, self-assessments, and real-world examples, learners will explore the different sources of power, and how they can be used ethically to build trust, inspire action, develop others, and achieve shared goals. Whether you are leading teams, a team member, emerging leader, or community volunteer, this continuing education course will provide practical tools for strengthening your ability to influence positively, cultivate meaningful relationships, and lead with integrity.
