Experience five popular fall varietals and blends from around the world without leaving Central Wisconsin. Learn the characteristics and profiles of the wines we will experience. The fall wines we will enjoy are a Chardonnay from Chile, a Pinot Noir from Lodi, CA, a Merlot from Spain, a Rhone from France, and a Cabernet Sauvignon/Franc and Malbec blend from Argentina. All wines will be paired with the appropriate cheese. Due to availability, the instructor may serve comparable wines to those mentioned.
