Holiday Appetizers & Wine Pairings

Participants will enjoy a house Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon while learning about delicious and easy to prepare holiday appetizers. Learn how to make a delicious cheese ball, smoked salmon & caper dill spread crackers, and chocolate strawberry croissants. We will then discuss and demonstrate how to pair each appetizer with an appropriate wine to enjoy while tasting the appetizers.
