Bring the vibrant flavors of Mexico’s street food scene to your own kitchen! In this lively hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare tender, juicy pork carnitas and beef birria - slow-cooked to perfection and crisped for that authentic street-taco flavor. Our chef instructor will guide you through seasoning, cooking, and assembling tacos with fresh toppings and warm handmade tortillas.
